When Interstate Batteries began in Dallas, Texas in November of 1952, our outstanding level of service and quality product made us unique. Today Interstate's excellent product and outstanding level of service remains our edge.

Interstate Batteries is a leader in battery marketing and distribution, and we have a tremendous network that provides consumers with Every Battery for Every Need.

More than 300 wholesale Distributors service Interstate Batteries' 200,000 retail Dealers, who provide automotive, commercial, marine/RV, motorcycle, lawn and garden or specialty batteries most anywhere in the US, as well as in Canada and select international locations. Distributors also service the national account market and provide the official replacement battery for the vehicles of some of the world's most respected corporations.

Through our Interstate All Battery Centers, we now provide more than 7,000 different types of batteries for your household (everything from flashlights to camcorders) and business (everything from pagers to computer backup power).

Meeting the growing demand for batteries keeps our work at Interstate Batteries exciting, and from 1996 to 2004 the corporate headquarters has quadrupled to nearly 900 employees.

Today, the Interstate System continues to grow, and the integrity of our business programs proves timeless.
